PMO Governance and Quality team is responsible for enhancing the project management maturity by applying best applicable international standards that will increase efficiency, supports portfolio management unit, and acts as PMO champions with PIF Departments with regards to overall PMO governance.
Develop, enhance and maintain project mgmt. handbook and related templates.
Maintain, support and enhance the Project Management tools like EPM, SharePoint … etc.
Deliver and enhance the projects quality check standards and conduct frequent projects quality check .
Deliver and enhance PMO/projects performance reports.
Build and maintain the PMO knowledge center, including project management awareness & guidelines.
Ensure projects alignment with PIF objectives and according to standard methodologies.
Enhance the overall resources utilization through the automation of the different workflows, reports and manual activities.
Generate parodic reports about the overall projects progress across the PMO department.
Manage the annual business plan cycle in coordination with Strategy & Planning department and respective portfolio heads
