Job Description

Job Summary:

PIF an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join the compliance and governance team to prepare the submission of periodic reports on governance and control activities and manages internal tasks

General Focus Area

  • Analyze information pertaining to governance matters and review PIF's recommendations
  • Monitor and analyze governance and performance of PIF’s PCs including highlighting gaps in the internal controls and review related reports
  • Monitor the implementation of PIF's corporate governance standards for PCs and support PCs for any ongoing governance matters
